Floor Care

Carpet Cleaning

Leave the job to us! Carpets may be vacuumed regularly, but down inside the really tiny stuff is still in there. The only way to get rid of it is with water. Our carpet extractor has two powerful vacuums to remove as much soil as possible along with the fine dirt that looks like paste when the dirty water resevoir is emptied. Contact us for a quote!

Restoration Cleaning

I call it this because we have restored VERY DIRTY homes by removing all dirt on walls, doors and jambs, cupboards, fridges and stoves, rugs, light fixtures, sinks, toilets, tubs and surrounds to almost new appearance! Rental units or homes that have not had attention for a while are sometimes so dirty you don't know where to start. Leave the job to us!

2021 price is $35.00 per hour for the initial cleaning.

Thereafter priced on a regular monthly billing. We can arrange to supply all consumables.
Flooring and carpet cleaning are quoted based on square footage and degree of difficulty. 

Our employees are trained in all safety according to employment standards including first aid, Police record checks. Horizon Maintenance Inc. complies with current CCOHS regulations and proven procedures pertaining to all work performed at the customers location.

HMI carries 5 million liability and workers insured through WSIB.
